If an airline fails to perform, the airline (not getimpressiontravel.com) is responsible for any refund due. getimpressiontravel.com is not responsible for any act, mistake, error, omission, injury, loss, accident, damage, nonperformance, underperformance, or any consequence arising due to neglect, error, or any other act or inaction of any supplier of travel products and services. b) Liability for loss, damage, or delay of baggage is solely the responsibility of the airline. c) Passengers are subject to the terms and conditions stated on the airline ticket. d) It is the passenger's responsibility to examine the ticket/receipt/itinerary upon receipt to ensure that travel dates, origin and destination cities, and other information are correct. Failure to do so absolves getimpressiontravel.com of any responsibility for discrepancies. e) getimpressiontravel.com has no control over the printed prices on tickets. Some tickets may show a BT or BULK fare, while others may show a particular value that may differ from the fare collected (lower or higher). f) getimpressiontravel.com may refuse any ticket purchase or service if unable to verify credit card information, the cardholder is not contactable for verification and authorization of the charge, or if fraudulent activity is suspected. Service may be refused if the online transaction does not meet terms and conditions and company policy.

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment can be made by Western Union, credit card, or debit card (Visa, Master, Discover, American Express, or Diners Club). A reservation is not complete until confirmed/ticketed. To protect customers, getimpressiontravel.com verifies with the card company that billing addresses and other information provided are accurate. Until such information is verified, the fare is subject to change. getimpressiontravel.com is not responsible for declined transactions based on credit/debit cards declined by the issuing company or a travel provider, or if billing address and/or credit card verification number cannot be verified in a timely manner. At times when the fare selected is not available, an approval code may have been taken on the credit card. If the transaction is not completed, the approval code may block available credit until the bank removes the block. Third-party credit card payment requires authorization from the cardholder. Ticket purchase is not complete unless authorization is received. Customers will be notified if the credit card is not valid, information is missing or entered incorrectly, or funds are not available. In such cases, the ticket will be processed after talking to the cardholder to settle the discrepancy. Customers agree to be responsible and fully liable for any and all credit card payments, disputes, or issues such as fraud made to getimpressiontravel.com or its suppliers. Customers agree to pay getimpressiontravel.com in case of any fraud or chargeback. Customers understand and agree that once they pay for the ticket, they will not receive a refund of any portion of the money paid for the ticket under any circumstances unless fare rules permit. Buying tickets by credit card means customers will not be able to file a challenge to the charge placed on their credit card, and they hereby waive any rights to challenge the charge. Customers instruct the credit card issuer to fully and completely ignore any such challenge and not to forward any such challenge to the airline or the travel agency selling the ticket.

AGENCY SERVICE FEE AND BREAKDOWN OF CHARGES

The displayed fares include an agency service fee covering call center support, 24/7 toll-free phone, ticketing, quality control, technology automation, and other value-added services. The airline ticket service fee ranges from USD 0.00 to USD 28 or more based on various factors. Car booking incurs a USD 5 fee, hotel booking incurs a USD 10 fee, and cruise booking incurs a USD 20 fee. Last-minute bookings may have an additional processing fee to cover added security steps to prevent fraudulent charges. This fee is non-refundable and subject to change without notice. Charges may appear on statements as separate transactions for each passenger or as a single combined charge for all passengers. Separating charges allows for savings of 3-4% on purchases. The total amount charged will be as agreed upon at the time of booking, and agency fees are non-refundable, even if customers choose to cancel or modify bookings. For clarification on this fee, customers should contact getimpressiontravel.com before finalizing bookings.

REFUND POLICY

To request a refund, submit a written request. Refunds may take 4-7 weeks to process. Note the following: a) Flight delays do not qualify for refunds; airlines will attempt to provide suitable alternatives. b) getimpressiontravel.com is not responsible for delays in ticket delivery or for lost, stolen, or misplaced tickets. E-Tickets are recommended when available. getimpressiontravel.com cannot guarantee the pricing and availability of products sold through its website. Airline and supplier prices may change, and products may sell out before the website is updated. Availability and pricing of airline tickets are not guaranteed until credit card authorization and ticket issuance. Cancellations and changes to flights may not be permitted and may result in penalties of up to 100%.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This transaction is conducted and executed in the City and County of Los Angeles in California, and its substance and procedures shall be governed by California law. In the event of a dispute requiring legal action, including small claims court, both parties agree that the court action shall be filed in the court district of getimpressiontravel.com's California corporate address in Los Angeles and shall be governed by California law. The successful party in such a court action shall be entitled to recover litigation expenses, including attorney's fees and court costs.

HAZARDOUS MATERIALS

Federal laws prohibit the carriage of hazardous materials on the aircraft, in carry-on, and/or in checked baggage.
